1.General Provisions

akk48 is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between akk48 and the user.

In these Terms, "akk48", "we", "our" refer to the entity operating the platform. "User", "you", "your" refer to the individual registered on or using the platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain fully in effect.

2.Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use gaming services on akk48, you must meet the following conditions:

• Age: You must be 21 years of age or older. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited. akk48 may request documents for age verification at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You are legally capable of entering into contracts and are mentally capable of making decisions.
• Own Funds: You are playing with your own money, not someone else's.
• Personal Use: You are opening an account for yourself, not on behalf of any third party.

akk48 reserves the right to verify age and identity in suspicious cases. Account transactions may be restricted until verification is complete.

3.Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and will be treated as a punishable offence. At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, address, and ID details provided at registration must be correct. If an account is opened with false information, that account may be cancelled and all funds forfeited.

3.3 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to akk48 immediately. akk48 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following methods are currently accepted for depositing funds on akk48: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or any major Bangladeshi bank).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 for each method
• Deposited funds must come only from an account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and any such deposits will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when requesting a withdrawal:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800
• Processing Time: Typically completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

akk48 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious transactions.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on akk48 are eligible to receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. The following examples apply to the bonus:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• ৳12,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000 (maximum bonus cap is ৳5,000)

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each player will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within a specified period; the bonus will be cancelled if the period expires.
• akk48 reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus or promotion, and advance notice will be given.
• akk48 may cancel any bonus to prevent potential misuse.

6.Betting Rules

The following general rules must be followed when betting on akk48:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• akk48 reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds.
• When betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, or other sports, the specific rules of the relevant section also apply.
• A bet will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.
• akk48 reserves the right to set betting limits for any player.

For slot games and live casino services, the rules set by the relevant game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt) will also apply.

7.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the akk48 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system, such as claiming bonuses under multiple identities ("bonus hunting").
• Conducting fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal transactions.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to interfere with, hack, or manipulate the platform's software or systems.
• Betting using robots, bots, or automated software.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Behaving in an abusive or threatening manner toward akk48 staff.

Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds, along with any necessary legal action.

8.Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Account Closure by akk48

akk48 may immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms are violated.
• If false or misleading information is provided.
• If evidence of suspicious or illegal activity is found.
• If identity verification fails.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

Any player may close their account at any time. Any balance remaining before account closure must be withdrawn (subject to wagering requirements being met). For self-exclusion requests, please contact the support team.

9.Responsible Gaming

akk48 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be for entertainment purposes only.

• If service is disrupted due to causes beyond akk48's control (such as natural disasters or cyberattacks).

12.Changes to Terms

akk48 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Regarding changes:

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
• If the new Terms are not acceptable, the option to close your account remains open at all times.
